Decolonial Hacker critically examines cultural institutions, corporations, and nation states to interrogate their influence on the conditions of living. Through commissioning historically situated and research oriented works, Decolonial Hacker hopes to foster artistic, political, and intellectual solidarities across borders and temporalities.
